Awaken Body Centre is a boutique Pilates, Reformer, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® studio in Rose Bay, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, specialising in personalised movement, rehabilitation, and wellbeing.
Most of our instructors are internationally trained Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, bringing a high level of clinical expertise and experience to every session. By combining this knowledge with a deep understanding of movement, we create personalised exercise programs that support rehabilitation, prevent injury, and optimise long-term wellbeing.
Created with passion and dedication, we are the only studio in Rose Bay offering combined Pilates and GYROTONIC® sessions, led by internationally trained Physiotherapists.
