Our Private and Duo Classes are run by experienced Physiotherapist Instructors who use Pilates, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods together with their physiotherapy knowledge as a means of treating injuries, any post surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, any musculoskeletal conditions as lower back and neck pain, pelvic floor issues, pre and post natal exercises and to enhance sporting and dancing performance.

For Private and Duo Classes we are able to mix both Pilates Studio Equipment and GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Methods in the same class according to the client's individual needs and the program your instructor has designed for you.

Reformer Group Classes

 

Pilates Reformer Group Classes are intimate and challenging with a maximum of 5 people per class.

The smaller classes size allows for proper supervision and correction of form to ensure you get the most from your exercise and avoid injury.

All Pilates Reformer classes programs are designed by qualified physiotherapists to ensure a balanced and safe practice.

We offer 2 levels of Pilates Reformer Group Classes - Essentials & Total Body

Total Body

Are for those who have experience with Pilates Reformer and wish to work on enhancing their technique, strength, stability and flexibility under the guidance of our talented Instructors. These classes will offer some more advanced and dynamic variations so are not much suitable for beginners or for those with very complex injuries.

Essentials

Are ideal for those new to Pilates Reformer or those after a more gentle and low impact class. These classes focus on building strong foundations in Pilates and you can expect a comprehensive whole body focus, closely supervised and guided by our team.

These classes are also a great option for Pre or Post Natal Mums looking for a more gentle and safe form of exercise class. Pilates is the perfect tool to maintain strength during pregnancy and regain it afterwards. These classes are designed to be safe for mums returning to exercise postnatally or for mums-to-be wanting to continue to exercise after your obstetrician advises you against general exercise classes (This usually is around >20 weeks pregnancy).

If it is your first class with us, or if you have not done any Pilates before, we highly recommend an Initial Assessment before joining any classes.

Please read the full Studio and Cancellation Policy before purchasing and booking any of the classes.

We ask everyone to please bring a full length towel, water bottle and grip socks to the class. If you do not have socks they can be purchased in the clinic.
