Terms & Conditions

Awaken Body Centre operates at Suite 4, Level 1, 2 Norwich Road, Rose Bay, NSW under the ABN: 55637830490 and will be referred to as ABC. This form must be read, understood, correctly completed and accepted as indicated by properly signing, prior to participating in any ABC activity. If you are under 18 referred to as a Minor, you will need to have a parent or guardian who is over 18 sign on your behalf and provide contact details. Access to ABC activities is by payment and subject to ABC discretion. By participating in any ABC activity you accept the rules and regulations including participating in a safe manner.

Rules and Regulations

The ABC activities, whilst care is taken, are not without risk which I/we accept, and in turn indemnify in full, on a solicitor and client basis, ABC, it’s Directors, employees, contractors, instructors, agents and nominees against all liabilities, damages and costs arising from ABC activities. This includes but is not limited to, liabilities arising from any cause such as negligence, contract, statute including the Civil Liability Act 2002, tortious or common law for any injury, death, loss, property damage or expense arising out of or sustained to me or I cause or my Minor causes, in the course of my or my Minor’s participation in the activities and programs offered by ABC, both on and off of the ABC premises or in relation to any activities, including to any party. Such activities include Pilates Equipment Studio, Reformer Pilates Classes and Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis Methods. I agree that ABC is not responsible in the event of loss, damage, unauthorised use, theft or injury resulting from and to any personal property that my Minor or I bring onto or undertake on the premises. I also confirm that my or my Minor’s health is sufficient, and has no illness, injury or ailments which will prevent participation in ABC activities in a safe manner without risk to me or the Minor or others. I recognise that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law. ABC’s liability in the aggregate is the refund of the fees paid for the ABC activity. I recognise that by signing this document I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue and I sign it of my own free will and assume all aspects of the risks involved on behalf of my Minor or myself.

STUDIO POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All bookings must be paid for in advance.

Before joining any classes an Initial Assessment is highly recommended.

Initial Assessment, Private or Duo Classes are only by appointment. You can book your appointmets directly with us, with Mindbody App or on our website booking page.

Reformer Group Classes are pre-paid and all bookings and payments must be made online through the Mindbody App or on our website booking page.

No Reformer Group Classes bookings or amendments will be made through the front desk.

Initial Assessment expires in 28 days, Private or Duo Classes expire in 28 days, 10 Classes Packages expire within 14 weeks and 5 Classes Packages expire within 8 weeks from the date of purchasing.

Reformer Group Classes: Intro Package expires in 28 days, Single Class expires in 28 days, 10 Classes Packages expire within 14 weeks and 5 Classes Packages expire within 8 weeks from the date of purchasing.

We ask everyone to please bring a full length towel, water bottle and grip socks to the class. If you do not have socks they can be purchased in the Studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note we have a CANCELLATION POLICY and an ACTIVE WAITING LIST. If you are unable to attend your appointment (Initial Assessment, Private or Duo Classes) please give us at least 24 hours notice so that another client on the waiting list can fill your spot.

All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior or full payment will be incurred or result in losing a session from your pack. You can cancel or reschedule your classes any time by contacting Awaken Body Centre by phone 0416155445 or via email to hello@awakenbodycentre.com.au or through the Mindbody system.

Please note all Reformer Group Classes scheduling is self-managed through Mindbody App or on our web page. Please ensure you make any changes more than 6 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.

PRIVACY POLICY

Awaken Body Centre will not disclose your email address or any other private information to any other party without your prior consent.
